Jillian Rojas

As Office Coordinator, Jillian creates structure, balance, and clarity in the busyness of Courageous Healing's day-to-date life. She is key in managing and improving experiences for our company's stakeholders and helping cultivate a work culture and environment that enables everyone to thrive.

Before Courageous Healing, Jillian worked as Event Coordinator for two years. She then transitioned into department secretary for a nonprofit community center for four years. After receiving her associate's degree in organizational leadership at Crossroads Bible College, she gained a passion and desire to work with youth, individuals, and families in need of resources.

Jillian is currently working on her bachelor's degree in Social Work at Indiana Wesleyan University, intending to help and advocate for those in need in our community, including those who are part of the Hispanic population. Serving others fills her up, and she firmly believes that we are filled to be poured out again, which then motivates us to do the things we love.

Although Jillian was born and raised in the U.S., she comes of Puerto Rican descent. After being raised and living on the east coast for twelve years, she moved to the Midwest for ministry and is currently the youth leader at her local church in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

In her free time, Jillian enjoys relaxing at home, watching romantic and comedy movies, going on road trips with her spouse, and spending time with family. Jillian also enjoys visiting different coffee shops and collecting coffee mugs. She truly believes in the importance of self-care and taking time for herself.

One of her favorite quotes is, "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream." – C.S. Lewis
