Courageous Healing currently accepts Signature Care, PHP, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. To confirm coverage for your specific plan, please call the number on the back of your insurance card, route to benefits, and ask whether our service is covered under your plan.

Sliding Fee Scale

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, if you are uninsured, underinsured, or demonstrate financial need, we can offer you therapy services on a sliding fee scale. You can qualify for discounts varying from 25% to 100% on your therapy sessions.

Self-Pay

If you choose to self-pay, Courageous Healing charges $150 per session for individual sessions.
