Referring to Courageous Healing is simple: You can send us a fax at (260)570-4739 or submit a referral online. Once referred, our Office Coordinator will reach out to your patient to answer any questions and schedule their initial intake appointment. During the intake appointment, our Office Coordinator will understand patients’ needs, goals, preferences for care, and match them to their best fit therapist to begin their healing journey with us. We are often able to see clients within one week to two weeks of your referral.
