Raven has over 7 years in the field of Social Service. She has gained a wide range of experience and knowledge from working with children in need of services to first-generation college students, young adults, and families in crisis. As a therapist at Courageous Healing Inc., Raven is excited to continue working with different populations but specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adult clients in both individual and group settings.

Raven believes that counseling is a dance in which the counselor and client develop a rhythm that ultimately enhances the overall wellbeing of the client. With her use of empathy, unconditional positive regard, and active listening, she prides herself on building a strong rapport with her clients to create the best space for change to take place. She wants all her clients to know that she will work alongside them to guide and assist with walking out the counseling journey.

In her free time, Raven enjoys long road trips, shopping, and spending time with her family. Raven is very family-oriented and especially loves creating memorable experiences with the ones she loves. When Raven is not working, you can find her near a body of water or somewhere reading or writing.
